2022

Experience in AWS cloud.

    Led the Initiative of “Ticket Reduction Mechanism” by creating the standardized Root Cause Mechanisms across 16 Development & Support teams.
    Responsible to educate multiple engineers about the best practices that we follow while resolving the Tickets and led a series called “AEE BI-WEEKLY LEARNING SESSIONS” and uploaded the videos in broadcast.
    Participated in a “AEE HACKTHON” along with the Development Team during the initial months of Amazon to overcome the “IMPOSTER SYNDROME” and got great feedback on the product implementation called “DATAPATH APPS”
    Led the initiative called “ARC Launch Optimization” that involves setting up Global Store ARC Launches and had to collaborate with multiple teams and engineers and optimized the process by creating multiple tasks and delivering the features and tasks on time.
    Launched Quick Sight Dashboards that enabled the business metrics providing the higher visibility towards the initiatives that I have led on.
